Coming Soon Listings are back on the Morning Report! These listings are still not avaialble in IDX and MLS datafeeds, but our staff will be manually adding new Coming Soons to the report every weekday going forward.
New Coming Soon listings will be added to the Morning Report in the afternoons Monday through Friday just like Registered listings. They will appear on the report as long as they are listed as Coming Soon. Once the listing goes Active, it will change on the report to a New Listing and appear for 7 days as usual.
Since Coming Soons are not in the MLS data feed, unfortunately we will not be able to pull the primary photo from the listing data. Once the listing goes Active, the report will automatically update the photo.
